Passion Computing use translators that are engaged full time in the industry, and they can translate between 1,500 to 2,250 words per day, depending on the language involved. For example, Spanish is quite quickly done, but Chinese, Arabic or Korean take longer. All translations are carefully checked for accuracy – particularly for terminology in the case of complex technical subject matter – and as ALL the translators are living and working in their home countries, they are fully conversant with the current speech patterns – languages evolve, and it is therefore important that the translator is using up to date phraseology etc.
