Passion Computing Corporate Training provides structured programs that are tailored to meet your corporate needs. With experience teaching second and third year students at Deakin University, our web training service differs from other providers because it is both industry and outcome focussed and broad based. We have many years experience developing websites and web applications.
Industry training is meant to help staff do their jobs better but many programs provided are too generic to be useful.
Corporations were traditionally responsible for training their own staff but over the years this practice has eroded because government funding has provided the incentive to outsource training to third party providers. Over the years, these providers have learnt to structure their programs in such a way as to drag out learning outcomes over time and many programs lack depth because trainers do not have the knowledge or experience. They simply read the course book.
