Online Domain Name Management
Step 1. Go to http://domains.passioncomputing.com.au and login with the username and password sent to you by email after the domain was registered or transferred. The following screen will appear. (If you have forgotton your password, click here to recover it.) You will now see your registered domain names and if you click on the 'Edit' link next to the domain name that you want to manage.

The following screen will appear and you need to fill in the hostname and ip address that matches your hosting account.

Name Servers: You edit your primary and secondary name server hostname and ip address to direct your domain name to your web hosting company's services. If you are using, our services the hostname and ip addresses, should be as the screen above. These settings are automatically set up for all domains registered through us. Your hosting company will send you the name server records that you will need to use to point your domain name to their services. Click here to learn how to update your Name Server (NS) records
NB: Your primary and secondary name servers must belong to the same family. This means that your name servers must belong to the same company. Many people make the mistake to use the secondary 2 and secondary 3 name server records of an unrelated hosting account. It is usual to only have one primary and one secondary name server records and unless your hosting company or DNS service provider gives you 4 name server records, you should not attempt to group 2 sets of unrelated name server records because it will return an error in the DNS system. Use only name server records supplied to you - do not mix and match your own combination of name server records.
Client details: This page edits the details for the person who manages the domain in the account. ie. if you are using the forgotten password link, the password will be sent to the email address that is listed in "Client details" not in "Contacts"
Contacts: This page edits the contact details for the domain name. Please keep your email address and other contact details up to date for all your domains. If you have more than one domain, you need to edit the contact details of all your domains. This is because a number of customers use their client account to manage domains on behalf of others, while retaining separate registration details for each domain. (ie with one login they can see all domains in their account, but these domains may be registered to different people)
Zone File: Unless you are using advanced dns management, you do not need to edit this page.
Renew: This page allows you to renew any domain name that is due for renewal. See domain name renewal
Add Services: This page will allow you to order hosting products like free domain name forwarding, advanced DNS management, email accounts for your domain name and web hosting.
Hosting Control Panel: This link will open up into a new window and is where you can set up email accounts for your domain name, view website statistics, enable webmail, administer your email accounts.
Manage Domains: Takes you to lists all your domain names and you can click 'edit' to manage them, 'add services', 'cancel services' . It also tells you when your domain name is due to expire.
