Email hosting instructions
To set up an email account, you will need to login to http://domains.passioncomputing.com.au m click 'edit' next to the domain you wish to manage and then on the horizontal links, click on "hosting control panel" area. A new window will appear that will give you access to mail. The first thing you need to do, is to set up your email user. To create a new user. Go to "Configure Mail Box", then click "Add a New Account", fill in the details and save. (Or you can navigate to this section by clicking on "home' and then under the services icon, click 'mail')
How to enable webmail?
Then Go to "Preferences" and tick the box to enable webmail. Webmail will be accessible using your browser. Just type in webmail. followed by your domain name. So if your domain name is abcdefghijkonline.com.au then to access your webmail, you will go to http://webmail.abcdefghijkonline.com.au
Once you have set up your mailboxes, you will need to ensure that your zone files are pointing to the hostname and ip addresses below..The easiest way to get to the right area, is to login to your domain name admin, click "edit" next to the domain name that you wish to manage and you will see the link "name servers". Click on the link and edit the zone files.

You will need to wait till your name servers delegate, before your webmail or mail will work.
Once your name servers have been delegated, login to webmail and test sending and receiving mail before you try configuring your mail client to download your mail. Do this by sending yourself mail from another email account and sending mail to another email account and make sure your mail is working from webmail. Warning: if you are transferring from another host, you should download your mail before making the following name server changes.
Once you have changed the name server records, and the domain delegation has gone through you will be able to use webmail and download mail.
