Suitable for both all types of websites, these plans come with email, web statistics, databases and generous bandwidth and disk space allowance. Advanced and Premium web hosting plans come with free website builder that will allow you to publish your own website with no programming or ftp knowledge. Website hosting is provided by our wholesale partner TPP Internet, in a secure Australian data centre with 99.9% uptime.
To qualify for these web hosting plans, you need to either register a new domain name or transfer your existing domain name (if you are unable to transfer your domain name because of the 60 day waiting period for global domain names, then contact us to organize alternative arrangements). You can order web hosting at the same time as registering a domain name or you can order web hosting after your domain name has been registered. If you choose the latter, you will need to order your web hosting plan by logging in to your account, and clicking "add services" next to the domain name you wish to order web hosting for. Complete the order form and your web hosting account will be set up. If you want the 28 day trial, please email us and we will set up your account for you.
Why do I need to transfer in my domain name?
To keep our prices down and to easily solve any problems customers may have, it is simply easier to manage both the domain name and hosting in one place. It is often quite a lot of hassle to get a global domain name transferred to us because some registrars are quite troublesome in letting domains go, but by having both domain name registration and web hosting in one place, any problems can easily be solved without having to work with other registrars' systems. One common problem that customers have hosting in one place and registering a domain name in another, is that their website and email stops working because they failed to renew their domain name. This does not happen with us, because we manage both hosting and domain name renewals.

Web hosting instructions
After your web hosting is activated, you will receive an email with detailed instructions. You will then be able to set up email addresses associated with your domain name.See Setting up Email Accounts.for the instructions on how to create mail boxes.
You will be provided with ftp details to upload files to your hosting account. If you are wanting to use website builder, you will need to login to Http://domains.passioncomputing.com.au and order this product, which is free with advanced and premium web hosting plans.
