You can upload your website files using FTP. Ftp stands for "file transfer protocol." It is simply a means of transferring files that are on your computer to a hard drive that is on a web server. All you need to do is enter these details into your ftp program and your ftp program will connect to your web hosting and you will be able to transfer all your website files to your hosting account.
