How do I order a free DIY website with hosting ?
DIY website builder is not set up by default and you will need to let us know, so that we can also set up your DIY website application. After you have ordered your advanced or premium webhosting plan, email sales@passioncomputing.com.au and let us know that you will also be requiring a DIY website. We will email you with instructions and set you up, so all that you need to do, is login, use the application and click publish.
How do I order DIY website as a standalone product without hosting?
Simply login to http://domains.passioncomputing.com.au , select 'add services' link next to the appropriate domain name and scroll down to 'enable website builder now' and select and pay for the appropriate DIY website plan. You will receive an email notifying you that the product is ready to use. You will receive a username and password to access website builder.
Do I need to know the ftp details to publish my DIY website ?
If you buy a hosting plan from Passion Computing, we will set up your account, so when you are ready to publish your website, all you need to do is click 'publish' and your website will be published to your hosting account and live on the internet. If you choose to use your own hosting, you will need to enter the ftp details provided by your ISP or hosting provider in the website builder.
