- Webmail - emails are stored on the web server for users to be able to access their mail from multiple locations.

Additional Add On Features
- Mailing list that allows users to sign up for email updates. An automatic email will be sent to each user that signs up, to confirm the email address is correct. The user clicks on a link in this email and their email address is added to the database of email addresses. There is also a link on the bottom of each page to allow the user to remover their email from the mailing list.
- Multiple user login. Businesses may choose to allow users access to different areas of the website. Staff may have administration access to add, delete or modify content on the website or to add and delete users, change passwords. This feature is very useful, and means that customers can access relevant information. It also separates the public parts of your website from the private areas.
- Ordering can be done by sending an order via email or by a user logging in to the system and accessing the database via web interface.
- Payment for ordering can be done by a secure gateway and processed by credit card or a merchant EFTPOS machine can be used and no online automated processing of orders done via the website using third party e-commerce gateway.
- A forum can be created on the website to allow input by the users, sharing of ideas and information and community building.
- Newspages and newsletters can be created and posted online, in strategic places on the home page.
- The website can collect personal details, and this information can be stored in a company database.
- The website can collect applications for service, and the information stored in a database, without the need for data entry by staff members.

- Website can allow users to download PDF files on company information, that would otherwise have been sent by post.
